I really don't chat very much on the Internet, but when I chat I do it mostly through ICQ or some other chat program. That's why I haven't got so many chat links.

Lycos chat
A chat server where you have several options about the topic. But it is a little bit slow, because it runs in a java window. It's great.

Download mIRC
The same old mirc, textbased but whatever. It still works.

Download ICQ
The newest and latest chat program. See if your buddies are online and chat with them or select a group like students and find a radom user online in that group.
